When will my product be back in stock?
Unfortunately, we cannot say when your desired product will be back in stock. You can leave your email address with your question so that you will receive an email as soon as the product is back in stock. We also recommend keeping a close eye on our social media channels for all kinds of updates.
How do I know if my payment was successful?
As soon as you have paid the order, you will receive an order confirmation by email. You usually receive this within 10 minutes. Haven't received an email within 1 hour? Then we kindly ask you to send an email to info@comformidable.nl We are happy to assist you further.
How can I pay at Comformidable?
We offer a wide range of payment options. You can pay your orders with us using:

The item I received is broken, damaged and/or incomplete. What should I do?
We recommend that you immediately contact customer service.
What is the status of my return?
As soon as your package is with the courier, you will be kept informed of the return process. We will send you a message when the return package arrives with us, when we process the package, and when you get your money back. Upon receipt of your return shipment, we will process it within 14 days at the latest.
Can I return my order?
Regretting your purchase? Within 14 days of receipt, you can return the order (or part of it). Please fill in our return form for each return. The cost of the return shipment is at your own expense.

Can I cancel my order?
Have you still not received a Track & Trace and/or shipping confirmation? Then it is possible to cancel your order. We kindly ask you to send an email to info@comformidable.nl including your order number so that we can initiate the cancellation immediately.
Can I still change my order?
Did you accidentally make a mistake when ordering? Please let us know immediately! If your order has not yet been processed, it is possible to change your order. If you have received a confirmation by email, unfortunately it is no longer possible.

What are the shipping costs?
For shipments within the Netherlands we offer free shipping.
For shipments outside the Netherlands we charge €2.95 for orders up to €24.99.
For an order amount of €25.00 or more (both inside and outside the Netherlands) we cover the shipping costs ourselves.
How long is the delivery time at Comformidable?

Netherlands: order on working days before 23:00 → delivered the next day (except Sunday)

Belgium: order on working days before 19:00 → delivered the next day (except Saturday & Sunday)

Germany & France: delivery time 1–3 working days, depending on location and order time
Saturday & Sunday orders?
Then you will have your package at home on Tuesday (applies to NL, BE)
Unfortunately, it can happen that the parcel services experience delays. Once you have received the Track & Trace link, the responsibility lies with the parcel services. We regret any form of delay, but we ask for your patience. If a shipment takes longer than 72 hours, please contact our customer service.
