Clean and dry your nose well.
Make sure the bridge of your nose is completely clean and free of grease (no cream, oil, or makeup), otherwise the strip will not stick well.
Remove the protective film.
Touch the sticky side as little as possible for maximum adhesion.
Place the nose strip horizontally over your nostrils.
Position the middle of the strip on the bridge of your nose, just above the nostrils.
Press firmly and rub for 10 seconds.
Rub with your fingers from the middle outward so the strip activates well and fits perfectly.
Wear during sleep or exercise.

To remove: first wet the strip with lukewarm water.
Let the water soak in for a moment and then gently peel the strip off from the sides. (This prevents irritation and is gentler on the skin.)
